Important Information About Renting at Gulf Waters RV Resort

• Cancellation Policy: $100.00 per cancellation.
• Refund of deposit (less cancellation fee of $100.00) ONLY if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Site numbers are NOT guaranteed.
• Rent balance due upon arrival.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Units must be 26ft or longer and under 10yrs of age.
• All recreational vehicles are subject to management approval.
• All pet owners must read the rules for pets.
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
• Open utility trailers are not allowed.
• We have limited sites available for enclosed cargo trailers at $2.50 + tax per day ($75.00 + tax per month).
• Car dolly storage is no longer available by the Gulf Waters clubhouse. Your car dolly must be stored in the back of a site designated to house a car dolly. These sites are located on the outer ring. Please call the office should you have any questions.
• No decals allowed on enclosed cargo trailers.
• All enclosed cargo trailers are subject to management approval.
