   1. Yes, we are pet-friendly and have lots of room for them.

1. How many pets are allowed per site?
   1. Two pets are allowed per site.

1. How is Gulf Waters RV Resort managed?
   1. Gulf Waters RV Resort is a Florida homeowners association.

1. Does Gulf Waters RV Resort maintain the sites?
   1. All sites are privately owned and maintained

1. Are all sites available for rent?
   1. No, not all sites are available for rent (Check our resort map or rental site pictures pages for rentable sites)

1. Do I contact the site owner to rent a site?
   1. No, all sites must be rented thru the association business office

1. What is included in the rental prices?
   1. The rental price includes electric, water, sewer, and cable. WiFi is available in a few areas around the park and at some rental sites.

1. What do the sites look like?
   1. Most sites are landscaped and have pavers.

1. How large is Gulf Waters RV Resort?
   1. We have 318 sites on 33 acres

1. How large are the sites?
   1. All sites are 30ft x 100ft.

1. Do you have space to store my car dolly?
   1. Car dolly storage is no longer available by the Gulf Waters clubhouse. Your car dolly must be stored in the back of a site designated to house a car dolly. These sites are located on the outer ring. Please call the office should you have any questions.

1. Are there alligators in the lakes?
   1. Yes, we do have alligators, turtles, snakes, fish, ducks, birds, and aquatic life in the lakes and throughout the park. Please be aware of your children, your pets and your personal belongings when enjoying our beautiful surroundings.

1. Do you allow park models?
   1. We do not allow park models

1. Do you allow travel trailers?
   1. Travel trailers are not allowed during high season. They are allowed May through September.

1. Do you have tent sites?
   1. No, we do not have sites for tents.

1. Can I fish in the lakes?
   1. Yes, fishing is allowed in the lakes, catch and release only.

1. Where can I see a copy of the Rules & Regulations I must abide by while staying at Gulf Waters RV Resort?
   1. Please come to the Gulf Waters RV Resort office for a full copy of our documents or send a request to info@gulfwatersrv.com.

Payment Policy

1. What payment is due when I make a reservation?
   1. Reservations under 30 days are paid in full when making a reservation. Reservations for 30 days and longer will require a security deposit.

1. What is your cancellation policy?
   1. Reservations must be cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date to be eligible for a refund. The deposit, minus a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. Cancellations less than 90 days in advance will forfeit full deposit
